Alyssa and John at Glasbern Inn

Glasbern Inn is a beautiful, rustic venue in Fogelsburg PA.  Alyssa wanted all of the bouquets and centerpieces to reflect a rustic feel with lots of texture and using her colors of peach/coral, blue, and white/cream.  I was not able to travel up there to set up this wedding myself, so photos of Alyssa's flowers were taken in my workshop.  I huge thank you to Ron Dlutz (Dlutz Photography) for stopping by and taking pictures for me.

Alyssa's bouquet was made up of stock, lisianthus, seeded eucalyptus, waxflower, and thistle wrapped in twine.   We were able to perfectly capture what she wanted and gave her lots and lots of texture.  The touch of blue came out in the thistle.  It's a unique "flower" which some brides love.  Bridesmaids carried bouquets of similar flowers but smaller in size.

Centerpieces followed suit.  In jars and glass cylinders I added Queen Anne's lace, roses, zinnias, dusty miller, and hypericum berries to the mix for a garden look. Some tables had a tall and a small jar sitting in wire on them.  Some tables had one  large jar sitting in wire on them and surrounded by votive candles.  And finally some tables had large cylinders of mixed garden flowers with river rocks in the base.   Sadly I don't have a photo of that one.

Congratulations to Alyssa and John.  It was a pleasure to work on your wedding.
